Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being fully complete. pk177 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one business day. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. pk177 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Player funds held in Real Money Balances are maintained in segregated accounts, entirely separate from pk177's operational capital. This means that pk177's business finances do not affect the availability of your deposited funds.
Funds deposited by players are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes. Your PKR balance remains protected regardless of the Company's financial position.
pk177 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions are monitored. Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, withdrawal delays, Account suspension, and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Each bonus, promotion, free bet, or other incentive offered by pk177 is subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made. Those offer-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions. pk177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonus credits already credited to your Account prior to the date of modification, subject to the original offer terms continuing to apply.
All sports bets placed on pk177 — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and all other markets — are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. pk177 reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, and adjust odds in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, force majeure events, or suspected match manipulation.

Where a player's winnings from a single event or session exceed the applicable limit, the maximum payout amount will be paid and the remainder forfeited. The following actions are expressly prohibited on the pk177 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk177's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall pk177 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pk177 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pk177 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, telecommunications infrastructure failures, power outages, government actions, or regulatory changes.

pk177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory requirements; or at pk177's sole discretion for any other reason pk177 considers appropriate in the circumstances.
Upon termination of your Account by pk177 for cause, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation of the circumstances giving rise to termination. Where investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, pk177 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance. This clause does not affect any accrued rights or remedies of either party.
pk177 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on pk177, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk177 processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — with your consent — marketing communications. pk177 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
